Hi Everyone, thanks for having me on this forum. I'm a computer tech often doing copier installs, and recently ran into the problem of Ricoh MP 2500, with fax forwarding feature turned on... and configuring the copier for 'electronic only' delivery, all of a sudden starting to occassionally, randomly print out faxes. The customers complain as they only want to receive electronic email faxes, no paper copies. From what I've read on the forums it seems I have to actually program the fax for 'Print only' on the delivery (VERY WEIRD AS I ONLY WANT TO HAVE FAXES FORWARDED TO EMAIL AND NOT PRINTED) and I have to change some dip-switches like the Switch 11 Bit 6. Can anyone confirm that I'm understanding this correctly? Thanks!

Yes that's correct.

Use the arrow keys to select switch 11, press button 6 to change bit 6 to 0 (off)
Example.
