This is NOT a drum reset. Only the 'Replace Photoconductor'-message is not visible anymore.

The "replace photoconductor unit" message is reset when either:-

1/ If you are using the complete consumable unit (type 1027), when the unit is replaced there is a one shot flag on the rear of the unit that actuates when the unit is inserted for the first time. This makes the machine perform a dev initialisation and resets the alarm.

2/ If you are rebuilding the units, once the unit is reassembled and back in the machine you manually run dev initialisation and this will reset the message.

Be warned though if you run dev initialisation without replacing the dev just to get rid of the message, you are setting yourself up for a world of problems shortly down the line.
