[Jamming] aften a5 and sometimes a4 jamming under registration roller(2035)

yesterday i copied 500 pages continuously and after that jamming occurred periodically more with a5
when this jamming occurred i clean the registration roller with cotton and alcohol and for a while jamming eliminated but after few copying , reappeared again.
the shape of jamming paper is folding in the bottom of paper
please guide me about troubleshooting this trouble

i removed transfer unit and try rotating manually the gear of transfer belt but unlike previous belf not rotated(only the shaft rotated)
do you think that jamming of paper because of this not rotating belt?
please guide me about troubleshooting not rotating belt

If the jam occurs at/before the registration roller, then the transfer unit shouldn't have any effect since it is located above the registration roller (but you still need to correct the problem with the transfer unit). It's common for the registration clutch to fail at some point on these models. so I would replace that first (may want to do the feed clutches too if you have them).

this problem happens to me first show that first switch in controller board is left or up and last switch up also then detect that ther is two spring in copier body and touch with solid piece in transfer body also this problem conclusion to fuser unit can't acquire amount of volt that can be work correctly check that fuser unit moves smoothly good luck

First place I'd be looking is the registration clutch. If memory serves (though it might be my memories of the earlier 1035 and/or the 350 which are very similar) you can actually strip the clutches down on this model by prying off the brass retaining ring. Strip it down and clean all of the internals with IPA alcohol, alternatively if the clutch doesn't come apart, soak it in IPA for a good hour (do any other servicing work whilst you wait) dry it out thoroughly with air duster and put it back in and give it another try.

If worst comes to the worst, replace the clutch.

i solved the problem as remove transfer unit and transfer belt but this time the only a5 jamming in fuser and a4 not jamming in fuser
please guide me troubleshooting this problem

Originally you stated that it was jamming under the registration roller, which I understood to mean between the paper feed and registration roller. If you are now saying that you get jams at the fuser entrance on certain sizes, the first thing to do is remove the fuser and inspect it. You may have toner buildup on the entrance guide that is catching the lead edge of the paper or the pressure roller is too soft or the strippers are catching. You need to provide more details on what exactly is happening (also, what is the jam code). If possible, post a picture of the jam as it is in the machine.
