    MP7000 printing or store issue

    Hi There,

I have a customer that has,
    Firmware updated yesterday
    PCL6 driver v 1.00 and DKK 4.1.4.27
On Windows Vista PC (service pack 2)
    Using adobe 7
Pc connected through a router to machine, printing to the IP address.

    Example,
We have a 1.8mg file of text only of 372 pages. If we sent pdf to store print times out. So we send 100 pages ok, then another 100 pages ok, then send 172 pages and times out. Delete previous 200 pages and 172 works fine.

Not sure what to do first, memory reads ok and driver works ok except on larger files.

    Any suggestions
Copiers are only as good as there last service

If the machine has PostScript installed, try the PostScript driver. If that's not an option, install the PCL5 driver (PCL 6 always seems to have issues with SOMETHING). If at first it doesn't work, try changing the resolution to 300 dpi. I've seen this a few times and one of these two always sorts the issue out.
