5-824-001 upload nvram to sd card (first insert one)
replace nvram
5-825-001 download nvramm from sd to new nvram

if there was a problem with nv ram data on the old one by transfering it to a new one you are simply putting the fault back on the machine. Try resetting nv ram back to default 1 st.
