Pls can someone tell me what to do for that problem. My problem are on the display panel of ricoh mp 171spf 'Sd card Authentication error' mention. How to solve this. On 'printer log error'. It indicate Printer front Error. Only RCPS are on printer frimware, no pcl 6. Cannot print but scan ok.
I think that i need to format sd card & copy data from another same machine then paste it in the sd card that need to be format. I right or No.
