Hello all,

I have a Job Interview scheduled with Ricoh, Any pointers, tips, ETC???

I have been working on copiers for nearly 20 yrs. Canon, Sharp, Riso, Gesetner, Minolta, HP.

ricoh machine is most complicated machine every part in machine can be worn machine made from cheapest material and more threat than canon but more benefits than another machines it's work on lowest paper grad but i love ricoh very much ricoh make from man professional technician can solved any thread in any machine good luck.....

Just remember that every call is 10% fixing the problem and 90% 'fixing' the customer by making sure they're on your side.
