Ricoh MP161 "Supplies order call failed" message

Shows alert on the web image monitor page "Supplies order call failed"
and shows "Failed to connect to server for remote diagnostics" on the copier display

I was able to hook it up and get it printing and scanning with no problem so I just want to disable those messages.

Sounds like the machine was registered to @Remote, or was with a previous customer, you can clear it with SP 5816-209, or if it doesnt have that you can go to memory clear and clear SCS.

hi, just tried SP 5816-209, and it didn't clear it. This was a lease return so yes it was with a previous customer.
is this a user setting or can it just be turned off somehow?

Then you need to go into SPs and clear the setting called "SCS" under memory, which is in SP 5 somewhere.Thats the only other way to clear it.
