[Error Code] Gestetner 2000

Hi
Am having a Gestetener 2000 giving me error code SC390 and am now stack.Is there someone who can help me reset this machine or someone with a service manual for this machine.Please help i cant do anything as of now.You can email the Service Manual to nrsmoyo@yahoo.com

sc 390 TD sensor error (poor connection of the PCU , TD sensor) or damegade gear on development unit

If your are referring to a B277 (MP2000), a sc 390 is a toner density sensor error. Try another dev unit, or do a dev change. Simply turning the machine off and on from the main power switch should reset the code, at least temporarily.

Yes, the TD sensor is on the bottom of the development unit, and no, cleaning it won't help.
