    Ricoh mpc 2800 load cyan toner cartridge message

    I have a ricoh mpc2800 showing load cyan toner cartridge message. The toner pump and drum have been replaced but has not cured the issue. Can anyone please advise?

      Try replacing the developer if it's over life. If not, you'll probably need to replace the entire dev unit. Also check out TSB #018 for that model. There are part number changes for the pumps and a flow chart for troubleshooting.
      the savin2535 is displaying well bet the hiter lamp is not shining and the lamp had been tested o.k.please kindly help.

          If toner is piling up at the dev unit entrance you may have a faulty development clutch. Had this once or twice.

              just encountered this also. replaced the dev't clutch problem solved.
              Nobody is perfect..

                  I assume you have changed the toner bottle as well after having problems with toner pump? Is toner coming down with "forced toner"? - else take off hose on back of toner bottle and vacuum from both ends, I have had a few machines where this happended as well as bad toner pump.
