In reading the last post about scan to gmail, it remnded me of a problem I had myself. I tried to apply for the site certificate as described but it would not download. They ask for your name - does that mean you have to be a Ricoh Tech to get it sent to you? I tried several times. Does it take a long time to arrive maybe? I did not wait around very long and the customer is not scanning because of it. Thanks
