No .pdf or picture files

Hello all,

I have a Ricoh MPC5000 which has user codes in place and has about 25 computers networked to it. All the computers are have trouble printing .pdf files or picture files. Everything was working fine until they moved into a new office and since then they have had this problem.

Anyone have any ideas??

I had encountered that problem in MP C2550. It takes a couple of minutes to print PDF files and pictures. I had solved that problem by disabling the NETWARE and APPLE TALK. You can see it in USER TOOLS--SYSTEM SETTINGS--INTERFACE SETTINGS--EFFECTIVE PROTOCOL..

You can also select the Print as Image option in the Adobe printer dialog. Firmware up-to-date?
