Aficio 2018 scan to email setup

Can someone please tell me how to setup scan to email? I have all of the information in and the I am getting messages on the machine that destination update list fail to update.

1. Disable the delivery server. *
2. Change the default list to display to email (scanner features).

*The delivery server option only needs to be enable when using scanrouter which you are not.

If memory serves, the 2018 cannot scan to folder without middleware, in which case scan-to-email is going to be your best choice. The network card is too old for NTLMv2.

For scan to folder on Windows 7, you'll need to acquire the "Scanrouter V2 Lite" software, which can be difficult now, and also be familiar with the setup, because it's not user friendly if you've not set it up before, and it also requires some different PC settings to allow it to work on Win 7 as it's a very antiquated software - but it will work.
I'm with the others, just stick to scan to email on this older box.
