[Misc] Question about Auto Specify Sender for scan to email

Is it possible to turn on "Auto Specify Sender" for scan to email using Web Image Monitor? I can locate a place to enter an email address but can not seem to locate a place to turn it on with out going back to the control panel.

I don't think so, but why is it a problem to just do it on the control panel of the machine?

Its not a probelm per say. But the info was for a large account - 100+ machines - and the I.T. dept is setting up all their scanning functions and would prefer to have the ability to set it up through Web Image Monitor, rather than visit each machine individually. Just trying to make thier life a little easier.

In the Email section you can specify the key operator email adress. When you set Auto Specify Sender to On the machine will use this adress as the sender adress.

The simple answer is no, that particular option can't be accessed via WIM. I make a point to turn this on during the installation process irrespective of how the client will be using the machine.
