[Misc] mp 4500 problem with touch screen

hello
the screen was working properly and suddenly stopped working to another, trying to gaugebut no signs. I can do for me to work,
I said they could heat up the screen with a heat gun and I did but did not work, how I can fix this touch

You can order a free replacement from Ricoh: it is a manufacturing issue. There is a bulletin regarding this for most 3xxx through the first MP series machines.
