Guys, can you help me think of a solution to my problem about printing PDF files and .DOC file.
Please read the details of the problem below.
Operating System: Windows XP
Document A : PDF file (17 pages)
Document B : .DOC file (924 kB) with construction company logos (with Chinese characters) - 1 page only
Type of connection: USB cable (5-7 meters long)
Situation #1 ( Using PCL 6)
There is no problem in printing document B but the machine hangs or it takes more time when printing document A.
Situation #2. (Using RPCS)
Printing document A is fast but the machine hangs when printing document B
Action Performed:
On the PCL6 option I changed the setting of the print quality from VECTOR to RASTER but still problem occurred in printing. I also changed the selection in MEMORY USAGE of the printer from FONT PRIORITY to FRAME PRIORITY and vice versa but same problem occurred.
Any ideas about the problem mentioned above?
Thank you!
