AP3800C Memory all Clear (SP5-998)Then SC999

Hi all,,

We have one AP3800C when performing Memory clear2 (SP5-998 Eng Setting), on off machine then SC 999 appears,, any idea what is SC999, I guest is the firmware problem, can anyone email me the firmware for this model, copymatebs@yahoo.com TQ
