Is it saying "Remove paper from internal tray 1"? If so, look at the paper exit between and above the two middle white rollers, there will be a little black sensor actuator that tells the machine the output tray is full when it's in the out position. Flick it out, push it back into place and that should be sorted.It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.
