Hi Guys,
after formatt Hdd i am unable to load stamp data the screen returns with Error 32 .Do we have to have a SD card to carry out this proceedure
any suggestions pls help

SP5853 is the mode for loading the stamp data. Searching the manual the E32 shows as a firmware upload error. Are you attempting to do the stamp upload?

the savin2535 is displaying well bet the hiter lamp is not shining and the lamp had been tested o.k.please kindly help.
