Ricoh MP6001 jamming R4 and R7

Hello friends, i have a Ricoh MP6001 with some jamming issues in the stapling unit area R4 and R7. I have cheked every where in this area and can find nothing. Can anyone help with this situation.

What is the jam history telling you? Without this information you hardly can tell what's the cause.

Check for missing springs at pinch rolls

Thanks much, but am not sure as to what you mean by pinch rools. Where are they located ?
