We're a Kyocera dealer, and one of our customers has a 2018d they want serviced. I can't figure out how to remove the drum from the drum unit!! Is this a very difficult job, or am I just missing something?
If you have the drum unit separated from the development unit, there's a white clip that holds the drum in position. When you remove the white clip, you can remove the drum.
