    Light Image or Grey background on MP4000/5000

    Have any people aware the MP4000/5000 have Light Image or Grey background problems even the developer and PCU are not reach the PM yielding?

    That's probably the number one problem with this series, it is an inherited issue from the previous one (mp3500/4500). Attached is a TB in reference to it, also check back here several times to see other posts on remedies that have helped.

      Thanks teebee1234! I read the pdf but my experience tell that the Magnetic/Development roller is required to clean below 100K, not PM 160K.
      Also, the Magnetic/Development roller is easy coated dark but the older model without this problem. So I this the toner or developer have some problem. What your opinion? Thanks!
