Customer trying to print from a Mac to a MPC 3000 (Has PS) had been working but now when she prints just says printer paused.

Is there more than one person connected to the device over the network via a PC? or Mac? Can you connect your laptop, etc.? Can you Ping it? Have you tried reinstalling driver? More info please...

Have not been on site yet but I'm suspecting some sort of set up error by the customer. there is another Mac that prints to it fine.

..Well, then obviously it's something to do with her Mac installation then, and not a problem with the Ricoh

All consumers always find the excuse and then call you to solve their computer problem.

Check and make sure that all of the software updates have been run on the Mac. There was an issue with one of the security updates for 10.6 that caused the CUPS spooler to crash and force all print jobs just to sit paused. If updates are needed, continue to run them until it says that the system is up to date.

Gotta love these Macs that 'just work' but never seem to...
