Log in as Supervisor with no password and reset the admin password in System Settings - Key Operator Tools.

As Eric mentioned, using the supervisor account allows you to set administrator account privileges. The supervisor account can only modify administrator credentials, it has no other purpose. Once having reset the administrator account, you log out of the supervisor account and log in using the administrator account.

        User Tools> Login> Username: supervisor, Password: ***leave empty***> System Settings> Administrator Tools> Program / Change Administrator>

Alter the admin account such that the username is admin and the password is blank, save the changes. Exit from User Tools and logout. Try logging in with admin and no password (blank).

Sometimes these machines hide the soft login button on the LCD, you have to press the hard key on the right hand side of the ops panel above the start button, looks like a square with a key in it. Then do as Eric and zed have said. That should sort you out.
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

          Hit it.
