Lanier LW410 Plotter Toner waste bin Full

Hello, I have a customer who has a plotter LW410 that is saying to replace Toner waste bin. I did so but I think I need to go into Simulation to reset the PM counter. Any Suggestions? I do not know much about plotters however that can't be that much different then copiers or printers.. Thanks in advance

The machine must be turned off then back on for the reset.

Thanks for the input but I have tried that and the message still will not go away.

There is a toner overflow sensor at the side of the waste toner bottle, maybe it is soiled, defect or just not plugged in.

I am not totally familiar with the LW410 but it should be set up like the other wide format machines and if it is the only thing that will cause your problem should be the actual toner sensor connected to the waste bottle. The PM counter reset will have no effect on the waste bottle. You are probably on the right track by checking the sensor itself. Good luck
