      You might want to re-read his original post a bit better. He stats that while it is a 'part' in his companies system, it is not a Ricoh part.
      Have you tried turning it off and on again?

        nice heading to home depot before next 2050 tray call.....


        right now all calls regarding 2050 tray issues is billable for us if you wanna man handle the tray you pay i always give a in depth demo on how to open tray and close it ive also had people always tossing paper in and knocking the sensor out inside.....yet again misuse of the machine so that is a billable call..

        but i do like the L bracket idea

                There is an easy install all metal repair for this problem at omegaprofix.com part# RN401and RN402(a 3 pack)

                  Isn't it easier telling the customer it's their fault for breaking the machine and charge them for a new one? Pay back for all the grief they give us? Sorry, I don't do Mondays very well.....
