Ricoh 3025 and MP2510 print scan and fax units the same?

I tried swappping the print scan and fax units from a 3025 into a 2510 and the print and scan do not show up.
The fax works and the document server works and I installed the print/scan card inthe top slot just like it came out of the 3025.
    Am I missing something else?

I know the fax units are the same (both take 'type 3030'), but I'm sure there is a difference on the print/scan end of things, because MP3025 had Print/scan standard, and MP2510 base model had only Printing as standard on the "P" version, with a network enhancement kit required simply to allow for PCL printing. I'm unsure of all the variables, but I'm sure there are some internal electronic difference there

The 2510 takes type 3010 print scan and the 3025 takes type 3030 print scan. Found in the PSG for the 2510. Also did you swap the additional memory that is on the controller? Typically Ricoh print scan units require more memory.
