    Someone knows the correct procedure to set the user code to restrict access on a Ricoh MPC 4000.

      The procedure is in the operator manual, available for free on the Ricoh-usa or ricoh-ap website. It is a little complex to describe in a forum post.

          Maybe I solved. The problem arose because the administrator password was not the default. Had been changed. Tomorrow I hope to conclude. thanks
