MPC 2500 Print quality problem

Having issues with a couple of machines. I've attached the image of q i've made from a catalogue. Its from an MP C 2500. Any suggestions on what could be the problem and recommendations to solve it?

If that picture is an example, it looks like at least the cyan has an issue with lack of charge on the one end. Can't really say for sure without more pictures/info.

clean first the pcu(charge roller) of the machine especially the c,m,y.

print ok, bad copy...optics, clean and be sure mirrors not moved, if not ccd

have had something similar if above is correct. The optics housing had actually become twisted. someone had been leaning on the front left edge over the years and eventually it got twisted. if i pulled up the front and scanned it was better but not quite right.

just thought id mention it.

I had something similar but with magenta caused by the ccd unit. Ichanged it and the worked properly.

I had the same problem. Just change the CCD. It worked for me
