Aficio 2238C Print out image alignment closed to Right Edge.

Dear All,

we have print out problem with the Aficio 2238C, The image (Copy & Print from all paper cassettes) as the attachment are closed to the right edge. Trying to change same setting at the SP mode still the same.

anyone have this problem before. Thank

Which way is the paper running; LEF or SEF? Which is the lead edge? Have you adjusted the registration? Does it do this when printing color? Which sp settings have you tried?

Hi Totoro,

I try to adjust the read edge.. now at 2mm for all settings & Other setting almost , no running color when printing or copying full color mode. I feel that the whole image was delay or the registration roller having problem. ... That is a error code SC471 (Transfer Belt Home Position Error) at the SC history. will try to exchange the side cover bypass assbly tomorrow.

This is caused by a slipping registration clutch.

The image back to normal after replace a new registration clutch few day ago. so far not happen again. thank.
