Ricoh Aficio C6501SP having SC 446 ERROR CODE, PLEASE HELP.

Hello,
I'm haveing problem with Ricoh Aficio C6501SP.-Color copier.
Turn on and off, Keep error code SC 446.
Have no idea, which part is related based on this error code.
Please give me your idea.
Thanks in advance.

Waste toner has been emptyed by the user.
paper jam happend.
and keep showing above error.

You have a problem with ITB.
SC 446 is ITB lift motor error (the state of the ITB lift sensor does not change its state -switching from off to on or vice versa-, even after the ITB lift motor starts rotating.


-ITB lift sensor dirty, disconnected,defective
-ITB lift motor disconnected,defective
-ITB sensor defective
-ITB lift motor defective




check back side of transfer unit , sensor and rotating actuator is there

It worked.
I cleaned all delveoper (C,Y,M,Y) And ITB Belt sensor.
And ITB contact sensor that was attached from rear and itself.
It was leaked all toner to the sensor area.
