Check properly the IP address, subnet mask and gateway address.If one of these informations is wrong, then the error message you mentioned will appear.

Make sure the IP address you entered in the machine is not used by other device.

all fine but i turn off Dhcp all fine and report come out properly how i make reset to all net work in machine

5801-11 will reset all nw settings to default.
Is it on a network?
Do you understand network settings?
Are you a technician?

103 is an error which tells you to check the network settings of the machine because one of the informations in the printer configuration (IP address, gateway address and subnet mask) is incorrect.

Based on your configuration sheet, it seems that the gateway address is incorrect.

Who give you the network information?Sometimes the client gives wrong information which brings you too much headache.

...and your subnet mask is also incorrect should de 255.0.0.0 according to your IP address.

this gateway is written in my pc config info i didn't get that from any where yo know!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Put it back into DHCP mode, reboot and print out the config page again. Please post that for us.

it's ok now massege disappear i make reset to network option and make reboot machine .thanks my guies so much .but subnet mask didn't pertained to this issue so far .
