2500 df jams

Have Ricoh M2500. When using the df, paper feeds in and stops right after it turns going towards the scanner. There is no blockage as I can push or pull it through with no problem. Original feed code is 16.
Replaced rollers and belt and did not resolve. Any suggestions?

If that is the case, then you have to clean the ADF feed clutch.

Better replace the clutch. Ricoh clutches aren't the best ones.

We had some faulty DF clutches here as well. There's also a modification aut there with a differend shaft/bushing
