[Misc] Copier new MP C6501

I have installed the printer drivers under Ricoh tech supervison. When I go to print either Word file or PDF from my computer, I request 5 copies but only prints 1 copy. Yet the log says 5. Please help.

install ricoh universal printer driver on your laptop over cross over cable. If it works then its the driver/customer setup if not then copier issue.

This happens when a papertype mismatch or some other recoverable error occurs and AutoContinue is On.
The first copy will be printed by AutoContinue but all subsequent copies will be reset.

correct, this is probably the reason. you will need to go to PRINTER FEATURES, then SYSTEM, Here you can set autocontinue to off, you will then see why the machine wanted to autocontinue, probably a paper miss match.
