      SD card error. Make sure it is seated and in the correct slot. FW card goes in slot 3 (bottom). Print scan is in the top slot. Remove the SD card(s) and try again.
      The DOS option or the PS option goes into slot 2. If either has been installed in another machine, that is the problem.

              which card is it? print/scan and DOS you will have to buy from Ricoh. The postscript also, except I saw an ad around here somewhere for that one.
