Ricoh Aficio 1224c Print quality problem

Hi all

I have Ricoh Aficio 1224c and got bad quality print and copy. When copy or print is one color only print is ok but with two or more colors quality is bad see scaned image. Changed Master Unit, same problem

Change Bracket : Transport Assy (B051 4803).

It's a bracket with a few gears, a clutch, and a solenoid. This bracket controls the cleaning unit of the PCU-Unit. It's a modified version. (Drive Section 2 of the Parts Manual).

Item #2 on this Tech Bulletin. The description says bracket but includes all of the gears and clutches to complete it

Did you know that this copier is now obsolite and Ricoh are stopping manufacturing parts for this model at the end of the year? Time for an upgrade.

Actually, July 2013 is the final month of assured parts availability. Even worse, the 3224c will continue to have parts available until April 2017.

Funny, the bumf I found on Ricoh Oz site said 01/01/12. I must go and read it again to see if I got it wrong. I hope not cos I'll get very depressed.
