Proc901 Paper Stocks

Hi All,
Just a general question to those working on these beasts.
Do any of you guys have customers using 300gsm silk stock?
I have a customer using colotech silk 300gsm i get alot of scratch lines on full bleed images.
Paper is not in the library i know but this is a decent stock anyone else had success with customers using 300gsm silk or getting scratch lines?
Only seems to happen on this stock.Any feedback ideas apperciated.

Thanks for the media list im in the asia-pacific so we are only on revision 8 for the paper library.
No plocky on it just buffer,interposer finisher.Any possible ideas of where it could be getting scratched im at a bit of a loss to this?
Only noticed it on 300gsm silk/matted stock.
