    1357 with an SC495

Coming up on 2 million with about 18 months in service; had a 495 about 6 weeks ago and another today. In both cases, cleaning out the tube that runs from the hopper to the dev unit took care of the problem. Oddly, the 1107 with the same copy count and time in service (same location) hasn't had this problem yet.

For those with experience - is this going to be an ongoing thing? Is there something in particular that causes (or can prevent) this?

Sorry, but you must replace toner supply pump(above dev. unit), it is only fix to sc 495

The pump unit itself or the motor that drives it?

Replace the pump as a unit, the valves inside become worn.
