    3235c Banding / Dumping Toner

I have a machine that is dumping yellow toner as well as banding. All the dev and PCU's were replaced within the last month. Today I replaced the toner supply pump, toner supply clutch, and dev unit and the problem returned after 30 copies. Anyone ever run into this?

Solid bands like that would seem to indicate a charge problem on the yellow or maybe drum ground.

The bands on the charge roller make that look like a cleaning blade failure. Were the other drums doing this when you replaced them? If so, check to make sure that they aren't running "ink jet" specific paper through the machine, abrasive stuff is death for these machines.

Thanks everyone for your response. The problem cleared up somewhat when I returned the next day. I suspect the drum ground was the issue. I was reading around 280 ohms on the drum shaft. I pulled everything apart again and made sure grounding plates were intact properly. Hope that I will not have to see this machine again for quite some time.
