    SC672

I have morfed from Canon to Ricoh and have noticed that I have a number of copiers coming up with a SC672. Is that a code that I will be seeing a lot of or is their some preventative measures I can take?

The code was found on several models mp4001, MP3351, MP2851. One machine required a Hard Drive, One machine required a controller board. and the third I have not been to yet. My question is, is this a code that occurs a lot? If the is, I will start stocking hard drives and controller boards.

      Thanks for your response.

Might not be a bad idea to keep a few hard drives back at the shop if you're not the only Ricoh tech. We don't see that error too often, but it does seem to happen to happen to multiple machines when it does occur.
