a customer has changed the operating system on his PC: before was used windows XP with no problem, now with windows 7 the problem has begun:
1. if i want to print in A3 format the machine always prompt me to select the correct paper source (in my case is the tray 2), no matter of the setting made on the printer driver;
2. if i send a print in A4 with the default settings (landscape), the printer starts the job, but it prints in landscape...
Any ideas?
