    Assured parts availability

    Does anybody know where I can find the assured parts availability list for all the Ricoh machines? I've perused the TSC site with no luck yet.

      As far as i know, here in Europe six years are guaranteed.

          It is on the TSC site.
          From the home page click on "Reference Materials" on the left side.
          Then scroll to the bottom. There is an "Assured Parts Availability" dated 4/14/2011 posted there.
