This Ricoh 2232 looses stored documents in the document server after a few days . I looked in the manual but cant see any explanation for this problem .

go to user tools, copier/document server features and you are lookng for a button that says auto delete. it will probably be on 3 days. just turn it off -
123 > System Settings > Key Operator Tools > Auto Delete File
