I'm trying to find firmware for a Savin 9250. The machine I'm working on has ver. 1.01. It's getting false jams "01" at power on. I know there was an update that dealt with the bridge unit showing false jams. We were one of many who lost our Savin dealer ship months ago. RFG was kind enough to give us our manuals on dvd...but NO firmware. Without being able to get on the TSC website, I'm at a lost. This is going to make servicing my machine hard for the next 3 years.
Anyway, my questions are:
Does anyone know where else I can get savin firmware.
Has anyone else seen this problem?
