Morning all,
Attended a Ricoh MP7500 on Friday experiencing problems with collating sets of copying/printing. The paper is exiting and appears to be getting kicked out slightly at the rear edge (towards the back of the machine not paper feed) and as such causing the sets of copying to be all over the place and not collated at all.
Initial thoughts were the sponge gathering rollers, replaced and no effect. Finisher firmware updated - no effect, finisher swapped with another machine in the print room - no effect, fusing units swapped (initial machine was developing a flat spot on the pressure roller) - no effect, system/copy and engine firmware updated as well - still no effect. I have checked the white rollers on the paper exit unit which often come out of position and they are fine with plenty of pressure on them.
I'm totally stumped on this one and due to go back in today... any suggestions would be appreciated.
