    Ricoh mp171spf sc 302

    Hi everybody

    My client have a sc302 on ricoh Mp171spf. I replaced the Pcu & transfer roller, the problem still persist.
    What can i do?

    I check the sc 302
    It mention Defective charge roller
    Defective high voltage supply board
    Loose connection of the PCU

    I check all mention above & All ok. Sc 302 still mention on display, but i supposed it the polygon scanner sensor
    when toner or pcu are inserted in machine. I'll Right or not.

    Help..........

    Have you actually changed the HVPS? Don't think the laser would be at fault.
    It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

      I agree its a high voltage problem I have had a few HV boards cracked causing this code.

          had this problem but we change the bicu.
