[Misc] Richo Aficio C4000 breaking scans up into .dat files??

Hey everybody,

Checked through the FAQs and couldn't seem to find this issue here, or anywhere else online. My company has a Richo Asicio C4000 and when it e-mails scans larger than 5 or 6 pages, they get broken up and sent in 2 e-mails as .dat files. This is obviously incorrect, and I was wondering if anyone had experienced this, or how it could be resolved.

User Tools + Scanner Features + Max Email Size. Change to max of 1024000 or turn off.

A bit late, but another fix is to change the Divide & Send to "by page" instead of "by size" (default). I've had to do this at accounts that scan more than their allotted email attachment size. I don't like to turn the email size off because if it's larger than the attachment allowance, the server just rejects it without registering any errors.
