Aficio 3260c with E7000

The problem is that HDD after few weeks of use runs out of space and then machine is running slow.The HDD capacity is 32GB, I have erased every info that is available (held, printed, archived jobs, logs) but there is just 3GB free space, and system has "grown" to 12GB. The only solution is to reinstall system software, after that is fine for some time, then same again.

I'm having problems with the e-7000 attached to an aficio 3260, and I think is the hdd. Before that I want to reinstall the system software but it didn't came with the machine. Do you have it? I'm getting the "please wait" message on the copier all the time.

Yes, but i'm in argentina, and ricoh seems like it doesn't exist here. They told me that they don't support this machine because is discontinued. It's funny, because they do sell tonner for this model. There are many of this model that other companies (not ricoh) sold few years ago, refurbished. No one did come with software cd. This is my case, if you could help me I'll be glad. Even Efi fiery seems not to exist here in argentina. If you have a contact at efi or ricoh let me know, please.
