Hi to All

i would like to know how to scan to folder on machine ricoh Sp3410sf for win7 computer . I have problem to set path on the web image. when i scan it mention connection fail. For xp pc it ok.can scan. Help What i need to do?

I expect you need a firmware update to allow scan to folder on Win7 -at least that almost always the case with the MP series, and similar, when scanning to Win7 is a problem, so I assume the same would be true here. If you don't have access to the firmware, could you just setup scan to email? or maybe install an ftp server and scan to folder that way?
