A2045e can't scan to folder

Hi all,

Today my problem is i can scan to folder through this machine to my laptop(Win7 Pro)but failed to scan to my boss laptop(same OS).
I do same procedure but stil can't scan it.TQ

This model doesn't fully support NTLMv2 which is native in Windows 7. Scanning is going to be an iffy proposition at best. Your best bet is going to be trying to scan via IP instead of the host name of the machine.

the same User name and pw must be installed on both laptops, be sure the folder is shared with Full control for Everybody.

I'd say your stuck with either setting up Scanrouter which will work on Win 7 as long as you disable UAC first , then configure the same as Win XP, or else scan to email or FTP
